Spanish Slate Range

Paramo

A rugged slate, dark grey in colour with a nominal thickness range of 4-5mm. A proven slate in the United Kingdom, having been sold for over 15 years.

The Paramo Slate is available in a wide range of sizes: 600x300,500x250, 450x220, 400x250, and 400x200.

This slate is also available in heavy grade formats suitable for use in Scotland, sizes available are 400x250, 400x200, 350x250, 350x200, 300x200, in 6-8mm or 7-10mm thickness.

Estella

A pyrite free Premium quality slate, with a smooth, flat surface.

A blue/black slate with a nominal thickness of 3-4mm.

Available in 500x250.

Because of the uniform thickness this slate requires minimum sorting on site and is therefore very quick to lay.

Castaneiro

A proven economy slate with a proven track record, this is an ideal slate when budget is an issue. Available in Standard and Mixed Grade in 500x250 and 450x220 Sizes.

Piveri

This slate is green grey in colour and thereby provides a much lighter look to the roof compared to most other Spanish slates, which are darker in colour.

Brazilian

A heavier slate, 6mm available in green /grey or graphite. This slate is always very smooth and flat. The graphite is often used to provide the look of a second hand Welsh slate.
